CJFLEX can provide medical-grade silicone assemblies that connect directly to silicone tubes, enabling the "liner" treatment effect for silicone tube assembly fittings. This not only saves the time required for separate gasket installation but also enhances overall cleanliness. The entire structure from the inner part of the hose to the fitting seal is made of silicone, eliminating the risk of retention caused by fitting crimping. This product technology is highly suitable for application fields with high cleanliness requirements such as biopharmaceuticals, which involve aseptic transfer and aseptic processing.
